Executive Experience Center Manager

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for Executive Experience Center Manager in Boston, MA at our new headquarters! The Manager will lead the Executive Experience Center program and team to deliver world‑class, strategic customer engagements that drive business impact serving as the face of the EEC for internal and external executives, ensuring every visit reflects Schneider Electric’s brand of excellence and hospitality. This role reports into NAM Experience Centers leader (and GACEP member) Jesse Hanz. Responsibilities Define and execute the EEC vision, aligning with corporate strategy, sales, and marketing objectives. Lead and develop a high‑performing team including briefing consultants, discussion leaders, briefing coordinator, technology lead, and other supporting roles. Oversee planning and flawless execution of high volumes of strategic, high quality customer briefings and events. Serve as primary executive liaison for C‑Suite customers and internal leadership. Design and approve strategic, customized agendas that meet customer and business objectives. Ensure EEC readiness—such as immersive demos, AV systems, branding, and hospitality standards. Manage program operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor relationships. Present frequently to internal & external audiences, including exec‑level stakeholders. Facilitate a portion of the strategic, in‑person briefings. Promote and evangelize the EEC program internally and externally to inspire participation and recruit discussion leaders. Drive continuous improvement through metrics, customer feedback, and industry best practices. Partner with sales & marketing leadership for strategic planning and program alignment. Own budget planning, reporting, and program performance analysis. Represent the EEC in strategic planning for future capabilities and enhancements. Qualifications Hospitality‑obsessed with exceptional interpersonal & executive communication skills. Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams in high‑pressure environments. Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Expertise in customer engagement programs, meeting planning, & facilitation. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to last‑minute changes with grace. Proficiency in briefing management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
