Project Manager, Services Full Time Administrative Durham, NC, US 4 days ago Requisition ID: 1056 Position Summary MS level Project Manager sought to support the Services Department in organizing resources, information, and data to facilitate Genomic Service Projects for a rapidly growing biotechnology company. Key Responsibilities Candidate will leverage skills in project management and knowledge of molecular biology to support our delivery of epigenetic assay services, custom services, and onboarding of new technologies. Candidate will support coordination of internal resources, vendors, and clients to facilitate project progression and completion. Qualifications MS with two or more years direct lab experience. Solid molecular biology background with the ability to rapidly gain working knowledge in new fields. Attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work on multiple projects. Strong conceptual understanding of epigenetics is a definite plus. Prior employment in a commercial science setting required. Act as a primary point of contact for external clients, translating complex scientific requirements into actionable project timelines and managing expectations. Additional Requirements Ability to work toward specific goals under minimal supervision. Ability to consistently meet deadlines. Ability to multitask and complete parallel projects. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Works equally well as an individual and part of a team. Experience with Project Management platforms is highly valued.
