Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' emotional and behavioral needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address those needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client circumstances, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, educators, and parents to coordinate care and monitor student progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on students experiencing a range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New York is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
