Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' behavioral health to identify needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Utilize teletherapy techniques to provide virtual psychotherapy sessions, ranging from 45-50 minutes per patient, ensuring a supportive and engaging experience.

• Collaborate with our integrated clinical team, participating in the design and implementation of evidence-based virtual-first cardiac recovery programs tailored for young patients.
\n
• Evaluate and analyze patients' symptoms and risk factors to determine diagnoses, and address any necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs.
\n
• Promote patient engagement and progress toward rehabilitation goals by employing methods such as motivational interviewing and mindfulness techniques.
\n
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely, complying with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
\n
• Communicate effectively with team members and partner health systems to address any emergent situations or necessary changes to patient care.

Your primary focus will be on students dealing with a range of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
