Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through secure video conferencing platforms to meet the needs of students, ensuring engagement and effective communication.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique emotional and psychological needs of each student, using evidence-based methodologies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including educators and behavioral specialists, to provide integrated support to students and families, enhancing the educational experience.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and confidentiality requirements.

• Assess the mental health needs of students and provide crisis intervention when necessary, working proactively to prevent escalation and ensure safety.

As an LCSW at Help Wellness Counseling Services, you will focus primarily on serving a diverse population of students from various cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical social work setting, preferably within an educational or child-focused environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
