Senior Data Strategist

Position Overview
The Data Strategist will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This position involves analyzing complex datasets, and providing actionable insights to various teams. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data analysis, with a strong ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
Key Responsibilities
With a focus on marketing insights, analyze data from various sources to identify trends, performance metrics, and provide recommendations for strategic growth.
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for improving client acquisition, proactive pitching, project strategies, and post-mortem insight reporting.
Lead strategy analysis from project ideation to deployment, with consideration of: defining KPIs, measuring ROI, setting strategic goals.
Collaborate with marketing and across business verticals (fashion & beauty, finance & tech, sports, CPG, gaming) to provide data-driven insights and support data-informed decisions.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy & analytics, preferably in a media, retail, marketing domain.
Experience in using Business Intelligence / Brand Performance tools with ability to establish a core set of platforms/ tools on behalf of the Agency.
Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to present simple to complex data in a consumable format.
Experience in marketing research, data analysis, and media mix modeling.
Proficiency in advanced analytics and data visualization tools.
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
Bonus: Knows how to build and maintain intuitive dashboards for stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and seamless interoperability of multiple data systems.
