Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality psychotherapy services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on best practices.

• Utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support and guide clients towards recovery.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

• Collaborating closely with other members of the treatment team to coordinate care and enhance the recovery process.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Staying current with developments in the mental health field to continuously integrate new knowledge into your clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population of clients seeking support during detoxification, including individuals dealing with addiction and various co-occurring mental health disorders. Your role is vital in assisting them to navigate their recovery pathways and foster resilience during challenging times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Proficiency in diagnostic assessments and the development of evidence-based treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Commitment to cultural competence and ethical practice in social work.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 78,000 to 115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
