Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients and their families.

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on issues such as conflict resolution, communication enhancement, and emotional support.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address mental health challenges effectively.

• Facilitating sessions with couples to address relationship dynamics and improve family cohesion.

• Managing complex cases involving multifaceted emotional and behavioral health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily engage adults as well as children and adolescents facing a range of challenges including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, adjustment to separation and divorce, and blended family dynamics. You will be equipped to help clients navigate issues related to job stress, medical concerns, psychological trauma, and interpersonal communication difficulties. Your impact will be measured not only in therapeutic success but also in the long-term well-being of families and individuals.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a therapeutic role providing direct patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
