Step into a rewarding full-time contract opportunity supporting K-12 students across a vibrant Houston-area district. Serving as a valued Physical Therapist, or potentially as a highly experienced Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll help foster student growth and independence across multiple campuses. Enjoy a dynamic daily routine, collaborating with another PT to ensure comprehensive support for a diverse caseload.

What You'll Bring:

• Active Texas PT or PTA license
• School-based or strong pediatric experience (for PTAs: multiple years in schools/pediatrics preferred)
• Up-to-date state fingerprinting/background check, or willingness to complete prior to start
• Familiarity with Frontline and SuccessEd documentation systems appreciated
• Strong communication, flexibility, and organizational skills
• A driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel between campuses is required

Key Duties:

• Deliver direct and consultative PT services to a caseload of approximately 160 students district wide (50 direct services, shared with another PT)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to support individualized student goals district-wide
• Maintain timely, thorough documentation on each student using Frontline and SuccessEd systems
• Assess and monitor student progress, adapting therapy plans to evolving needs
• Utilize the district office as a home base, with flexible daily routes to various campuses
• Uphold all required credentials and provide necessary employment histories for district screening
