Treatment Coordinator

Overview Southern Dental & Orthodontics supported by Smile Brands is seeking an experienced and bilingual Treatment Care Coordinator (TCC.) . This role is ideal for a flexible, patient-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping patients understand and move forward with their dental and orthodontic care. Schedule (days/hours) Spring Branch hours - Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm. Sugarland / Stafford: E.O. Monday - 9 am - 5 pm. Tuesday - 9 am - 5 pm (office closed 1 Tuesday a month). Wednesday - 9 am - 5 pm. Thursday - 11 am - 7 pm. Friday - 9 am - 5 pm. Saturday - 9 am - 2 pm. Responsibilities Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome. Guiding: Assist patients with check‑in/check‑out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism. Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism. Qualifications Minimum 1+ years of dental/orthodontic treatment coordinating experience required. Bilingual preferred. Strong understanding of dental and/or orthodontic procedures and terminology. Proven experience with insurance verification and treatment planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable discussing financial information and closing treatment plans. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to adapt and work effectively in multiple office environments. Compensation $18-$22 per hour.
