What You'll Do

• Manage outpatient hematology and oncology patient care for all ages
• Support patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies
• Collaborate with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, and support services
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in EPIC EMR
• Educate patients about treatment options and provide supportive care
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality initiatives
• Assist with clinical procedures related to outpatient hematology/oncology

What You Need
Required:

• Minnesota RN license (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant)
• Board Certification as PA or APP in Hematology/Oncology
• Experience in oncology/hematology outpatient settings

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient oncology setting
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
