Receptionist Part-Time

Overview Provide professional reception services in a dynamic environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and visitors. Support conference room operations, including serving refreshments and maintaining cleanliness standards. Work part-time onsite from Monday to Thursday, with flexible hours depending on daily requirements. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities & Duties Greet guests professionally and assist with coat storage upon arrival. Serve beverages in conference rooms, ensuring timely and courteous service. Collect used glasses post-meeting and manage dishwasher operations. Oversee the setup and maintenance of three conference rooms daily. Unload and organize dishwasher contents as needed to maintain cleanliness. Coordinate with team members to address any immediate operational needs. Ensure all guest-facing areas are presentable and well-stocked at all times. Job Requirements Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required for consideration. Minimum of 1 year of experience in reception or hospitality roles. Preferred 2 years of experience in similar administrative support positions. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
