Applicants for the Vice President of Business Development position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in sales leadership and business development, with a strong preference for those with a background in transportation, logistics, freight, or 3PL brokerage. The role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
