Receptionist
Our client, a Mortgage and Real Estate Services company, is looking for a receptionist for their El Paso, TX location. Responsibilities include receiving callers and visitors at the establishment, determining the nature of business, and directing callers and visitors to the correct destination. The role also involves managing public areas which include the lobby, conference rooms, and reception desk. Additionally, the receptionist will track office supplies, keep printers stocked with paper, and stock the centralized workstations with supplies. General administrative and clerical support as needed is also required.
Requirements include 2-3 years of previous office experience preferred, bilingual in English and Spanish, Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook and Teams, basic computer skills, high school diploma or GED, and some college preferred.
