Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you bring:

• Valid Arizona SLP license (required)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to work with diverse student populations, from elementary through high school
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and evidence-based intervention methods

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students at various grade levels
• Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure coordinated, effective service delivery
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
• Provide consultative and support services for educational staff regarding communication strategies and classroom accommodations
