Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual HR Assistant - Payroll for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Carolina, PR. This role is ideal for a motivated Human Resources professional who enjoys supporting employees, maintaining accurate HR records, assisting with payroll, and helping daily HR operations run smoothly.

The HR Assistant - Payroll will join a professional real estate and property management environment with supportive leadership, a collaborative team, and a strong focus on organization, confidentiality, employee service, and teamwork. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking stability, hands-on HR experience, and room to grow across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee relations support.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily Human Resources operations, including employee records, documentation, payroll coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with recruitment activities, candidate communication, onboarding support, and employee file maintenance.
- Help process payroll information and support benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide employee support by answering HR-related questions and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, training materials, and Microsoft Office documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing deadlines and supporting multiple HR priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Overtime: Available as needed.
- Location: Carolina, PR.
