Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet held.

Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) granted by ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days after joining.
