SAP Finance (FICO) Solution Specialist (CONTRACT TO HIRE) One of our clients, a major electronics manufacturer is looking for a talented SAP Finance (FICO) Solution Specialist (CONTRACT TO HIRE) Contract to hire position (C2H) with FT role option in about 3 months. Initial rate $80h on W2. Permanent position will be with base salary range up to 160K+ plus bonus and great benefits package. Location: Huntington (Long Island) area - hybrid commute (4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week)

Please read the description below and to be considered immediately email your resume to Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance (FICO) Solution Specialist with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations and preferably has knowledge of SAP Activate methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP FI solutions to support financial processes and enhance overall efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP implementations.

• Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations, focusing on SAP FICO module configurations and best practices.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure SAP FI functionalities, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Financial Closing.
• Controlling Provide expertise in integration with other SAP modules such as CO, MM, and SD to ensure end-to-end process efficiency.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to conduct workshops, user training, and change management activities.
• Support system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
• Keep up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA functionalities and industry best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support, with at least 2+ years in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and closing processes.
• Experience in SAP Fiori applications and embedded analytics is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA certification is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
