Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and craft individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific circumstances.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to suit each client’s unique needs and preferences.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly tracking their progress and evolving treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options to those who may face barriers to accessing traditional in-person sessions, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility in mental health care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including training in our proprietary care pathways, to continually refine your clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily serves adolescents and young adults, assessing their mental health challenges and providing tailored therapeutic interventions. Your ability to connect with this demographic will be essential, as it requires an understanding of their unique life experiences and the pressures they face.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory.
• Strong ability to deliver telehealth services effectively using digital platforms for therapy.
• Proficiency with technology, particularly in using tools such as Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients, peers, and administrative staff.
• Professional demeanor and presentation, combined with a warm and empathetic approach to client engagement.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with certifications in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar therapies.
• Experience in a teletherapy setting, demonstrating the ability to adapt treatment approaches to fit this modality.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary that ranges from $52,000 to $70,000 per year , based on your experience and the caseload you manage.
