Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized, luxury-level experience throughout the entire sales process.

• Build lasting relationships by understanding each client’s lifestyle, needs, and vehicle preferences.

• Maintain expert knowledge of vehicle models, features, technology, financing options, and current incentives.

• Conduct engaging vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.

• Respond promptly and professionally to online, phone, and showroom inquiries.

• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients to build a strong sales pipeline.

• Guide clients through pricing, financing, leasing, trade-in, and purchase options.

• Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales and customer-satisfaction goals.

• Coordinate with finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless ownership experience.

• Ensure every vehicle delivery is memorable, including a complete explanation of features and technology.

• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within the dealership’s CRM.

• Develop repeat and referral business through consistent communication and exceptional service.

• Represent the dealership and luxury brand with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience
• A passion for luxury vehicles and exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, motivated, and professional approach
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
