The Role :
The DeltaV Automation Area Lead will oversee the automation aspects of a pharmaceutical project, ensuring that all systems are designed, implemented, and maintained to meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Lead the automation team in the design and implementation of DeltaV systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Monitor project progress and report on automation milestones.
Team Structure: You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
Ideal Profile :
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with DeltaV automation systems.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (FDA, cGMP).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
