Sales & Admissions Coordinator

We are seeking a Sales & Admissions Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and their families for a leading healthcare organization. This role is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, providing clear and accurate program information, and ensuring a professional, compassionate experience throughout the admissions journey. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance empathy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Compensation: Up to $26/hour base + monthly bonus eligibility upon conversion Key Responsibilities Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients and families, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries Communicate program offerings, admissions requirements, and next steps with clarity and accuracy Support the completion and processing of admissions documentation, ensuring compliance and attention to detail Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient intake process Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Document communications and maintain accurate records within internal systems Qualifications Previous experience in sales, admissions, intake, or administrative support , preferably within healthcare or behavioral health environments Experience with insurance verification is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic record management systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to engage with diverse populations in a professional and empathetic manner Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish or other languages) are strongly encouraged to apply Please submit your resume for consideration!
