What You'll Be Doing: You'll provide operational leadership across multiple businesses, helping create consistency, accountability, and operational excellence by: Leading operational strategy across a portfolio of companies. Partnering directly with CEOs and executive leadership to improve business performance. Driving KPIs, profitability, forecasting, utilization, and resource planning. Developing scalable operating rhythms, reporting structures, and performance metrics. Supporting organizational growth and operational integration while preserving the strengths of each business. Identifying operational risks and implementing practical, scalable solutions. Building leadership capability and supporting succession planning. Collaborating with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Growth teams to ensure operational success. What We're Looking For We're seeking an executive operator who has successfully led complex organizations through periods of growth and change. Ideal candidates will have: 15+ years of executive, operational, or business leadership experience. Experience leading multiple business units, regions, or portfolio companies. Strong financial and operational management experience, including P&L oversight, forecasting, KPIs, and operational planning. A background in AEC, engineering, mission critical, data centers, construction, owner's representation, program management, commercial real estate, or another professional services environment. The ability to influence senior executives, founders, and business leaders while driving accountability and execution. Experience with acquisitions, organizational integration, or scaling multi-entity businesses is highly desirable. Why This Opportunity?
