As a Marketing Coordinator at Elevare Branding, you will play an important role in supporting marketing projects from planning through execution. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities. You will collaborate with internal teams, assist with campaign coordination, maintain marketing materials, and help ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.

Support the development and organization of marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and internal resources.

Coordinate project timelines, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and presentation.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Assist with campaign performance tracking and preparation of marketing reports.

Maintain organized records of marketing projects, materials, and campaign assets.

Support promotional events, brand activations, partnerships, and company initiatives when required.

Communicate with vendors, partners, clients, and internal departments regarding project requirements.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing department.
