About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the next phase of its growth. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind the brand and growth strategy, with a focus on paid, social, retail marketing, PR, partnerships, and brand activations. This role demands a strategic marketing leader with a minimum of 14 years' experience, particularly in beauty, CPG, or disruptive consumer brands, and a proven track record of leadership. The VP of Marketing will work closely with the Founder to set global marketing strategy, own its execution, and be responsible for making the brand one of the most loved and talked-about in the beauty industry. Key responsibilities include driving scalable growth, leading brand storytelling, and elevating PR and influence to position the company as a cultural voice in skincare. The ideal candidate for the VP of Marketing position at the company is a full-stack marketer with expertise in paid media, PR, retail marketing, creative, and digital. They should be a culture-obsessed storyteller, performance-driven operator, and possess a builder mentality, ready to roll up their sleeves in a fast-growth environment. The role also requires an inspirational leader who can mentor and scale a high-performing marketing team, and a global mindset, with experience in scaling brands internationally being a plus. The company is looking for someone who is data-savvy, with a strong focus on both brand equity and measurable results, and who can create integrated strategies for new product and campaign launches that drive awareness and long-term demand.
