Cost Estimator

NTG Staffing is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator on a Direct Hire basis for a client in Houston. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in estimating, preferably within dredging, marine construction, civil construction, or a related industry. Experience preparing complex hard-bid estimates for large-scale projects ($25M+ preferred). Ability to interpret contracts, plans, specifications, and bid requirements. Strong knowledge of cost estimating, bid preparation, project budgets, and construction processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with operations, project management, and leadership teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office / 1 day remote. #J-18808-Ljbffr
