Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver remote mental health care through an 8-week evidence-based program, while ensuring therapeutic excellence and participant satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate documentation by monitoring patient progress, providing timely follow-ups, and coordinating care as needed.
\n
• Collaborate with your care team to assist participants in accessing necessary resources, and facilitate consent and authorization processes.
\n
• Proactively identify high-risk scenarios and respond to safety concerns in compliance with company protocols.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision meetings, monthly team huddles, and organizational Town Halls to discuss best practices and innovations in patient care.
\n
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and comply with HIPAA privacy policies, including annual training requirements.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic interventions will be directed towards individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, using therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). You will be especially committed to developing actionable skills and fostering the establishment of healthy, lifelong habits based on structured protocols.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold one of the following active licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.

• Ability to maintain a consistent and reliable schedule for patient sessions.
\n
• Demonstrable clinical experience in psychotherapy utilizing various therapeutic approaches, primarily CBT and DBT.

• Compliance with UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy for all remote employees.

• Willingness to pass a drug test as part of the pre-employment requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000, contingent upon experience and hours worked. Our compensation package includes:
