Role Description The Wholesale Coordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day execution of our growing wholesale business, owning key operational processes while supporting the Wholesale Director and sales team.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role that touches multiple areas of wholesale—from managing digital platforms and CRM processes to coordinating trade shows, samples, sales materials, and account-development initiatives.

We're looking for someone who is digitally savvy, exceptionally organized, proactive, and a strong communicator. The ideal candidate takes ownership of the details, enjoys creating organization and process, and is excited to grow alongside a fast-moving sales organization.

What You'll Do

Wholesale Platforms & Operations

• Manage the day-to-day maintenance of our wholesale storefronts and marketplace partners, including Shopify and Faire.
• Coordinate product setup, seasonal launches, pricing, imagery, availability, merchandising, and ongoing storefront updates.
• Develop and maintain processes, checklists, calendars, and systems that keep wholesale operations organized and scalable.

CRM & Account Development

• Manage key Pipedrive CRM processes, including new Faire customers, House Accounts, prospects, and lapsed-account outreach.
• Research accounts and buyer contacts, maintain accurate CRM data, and help organize and route new sales opportunities.
• Support prospecting and account-development initiatives through research, outreach, follow-up, segmentation, and reporting.

Trade Shows & Sales Support

• Help coordinate approximately eight wholesale trade shows annually, including logistics, samples, displays, sales materials, appointments, and post-show follow-up.
• Manage the organization, packing, shipping, and tracking of seasonal samples and sales materials for trade shows, customer meetings, key accounts, and sales representatives.
• Support the Wholesale Director and sales team with seasonal launches, promotions, prospecting initiatives, presentations, and other sales needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Production, and other internal teams to support wholesale initiatives and continued growth.
• Travel to trade shows and wholesale events throughout the year.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in wholesale, sales coordination, e-commerce, marketplace management, retail operations, account coordination, or a related field preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to anticipate next steps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach to responsiveness and relationship building.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable learning and working across multiple systems, platforms, and tools.
• Comfortable working with customer information, sales data, spreadsheets, and order-related details.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with CRM, e-commerce, order management, or wholesale platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Clearwater, FL and collaborate effectively within a small, fast-paced team.
