Salary: From $24/Hour

Royal Plus is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Restoration Contents Supervisor to oversee the management, cleaning, restoration, and inventory of personal property in homes and businesses affected by damage. This role requires leadership, organizational abilities, and expertise in contents restoration processes to ensure that clients' belongings are handled with care, restored to pre-loss condition, and returned promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision and Leadership

• Manage and lead a team of contents restoration specialists and technicians.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of work and safety.
• Coordinate daily tasks and workflow to ensure timely completion of restoration projects.

Inspection and Assessment

• Conduct on-site assessments of damaged property and belongings to determine the scope of work.
• Work closely with clients and insurance adjusters to evaluate the level of damage and prioritize restoration needs.
• Create accurate inventory lists and documentation of damaged items for claims purposes.

Contents Restoration

• Oversee the cleaning, sanitizing, and restoration of various personal belongings, including furniture, electronics, artwork, clothing, and documents.
• Implement appropriate restoration techniques, including cleaning, drying, deodorization, and smoke or water damage remediation.
• Manage the repair and refurbishment of damaged items as necessary.

Inventory Management

• Maintain detailed records of all inventory items, including photographs and descriptions, for tracking and insurance documentation.
• Organize and manage the packing, transportation, and storage of contents during the restoration process.
• Ensure items are restored and returned to clients in a timely manner.

Client Relations and Communication

• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on restoration progress and address any concerns or questions.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude during interactions with clients.
• Ensure clients' personal belongings are treated with the utmost respect and care throughout the restoration process.

Quality Control and Compliance

• Ensure that all restoration work is completed to industry standards and client satisfaction.
• Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and provide corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.

Report and Documentation

• Prepare detailed reports on the status of restoration projects, including time estimates, materials used, and progress updates.
• Submit reports and documentation to management and insurance providers as required.
• Ensure all relevant paperwork, including inventory lists and work orders, are properly completed and maintained.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid drivers license with 3 or fewer points.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must pass the Insurance Industrys background check, physical, and drug test.
• Proficient in basic hand tools (hammer, saws, etc.).
• Strong team player with a positive, motivated attitude.
• Organized, dependable, and able to think on your feet.
• Personable and professional in client interactions.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs routinely.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear.
• Willingness to work in tight spaces, outdoor conditions, and extreme temperatures.
• May be exposed to airborne particles, fumes, and chemicals (with safety equipment provided).
• Must safely operate a company vehicle to travel to job sites.
