Your Opportunity Are you an experienced, licensed real estate professional who thrives on organization, client service, and keeping transactions moving? The Seattle Real Estate Team is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Assistant who can bring order to a fast-paced environment while supporting our agents and delivering an exceptional client experience. This is more than an administrative role. You'll be a trusted partner to our agents, helping coordinate listings, manage transactions, communicate with clients, and ensure every detail is handled with excellence. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems before they happen, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Support agents with day-to-day operations and client communication. Coordinate listings from signed agreement through launch. Prepare listing paperwork, disclosures, and MLS input. Coordinate photography, staging, inspections, signage, and marketing. Track contract deadlines and assist with transaction management through closing. Communicate with clients, lenders, escrow, vendors, and cooperating agents. Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate documentation. Schedule appointments, inspections, and property access. Assist with marketing, open houses, and client events as needed. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Compensation $55,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly This is a commission based position.
