Job Title: Bookkeeper / Office Assistant
Job Summary: We are hiring a Bookkeeper to manage the financial and administrative tasks for our contracting business. The role involves using QuickBooks to maintain accurate records and following a set schedule of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
Responsibilities
- QuickBooks: Enter daily transactions, expenses, and deposits.
- Payments & Payroll: Process vendor bills and assist with weekly payroll.
- File Management: Maintain organized digital and physical business records.
- Office Tasks: Monitor and complete recurring administrative tasks on the office calendar.
Requirements
- Experience with or knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and general computer skills.
- Reliable and organized.
- Ability to learn and follow established office workflows.
