As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions with tamper-proof, audit-defensible methods across multiple technical areas within various business functions, with a particular focus on securing content creation, and collaboration products (including Microsoft 365).Job responsibilitiesExecutes creative security solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions and break down technical problemsDevelops secure and high-quality production code and reviews and debugs code written by othersMinimizes security vulnerabilities by following industry insights and governmental regulations to continuously evolve security protocols, including creating processes to determine the effectiveness of current controlsAssesses existing security controls across collaboration platforms, identifies gaps, and develops solutions to address or mitigate control deficiencies in alignment with enterprise security standardsWorks with stakeholders and business leaders to understand security needs and recommend business modifications during periods of vulnerabilityConducts discovery, vulnerability, and threat scenarios on multiple organizational assets to identify and assess if vulnerabilities are present, and executes threat modeling for multiple applications including external applications interacting with the internal JPMorganChase networkPerforms threat modeling specific to content creation and collaboration services, to identify attack vectors and inform security architecture decisionsAdds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respectRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsSkilled in planning, designing, and implementing enterprise-level security solutionsAdvanced in one or more programming languagesProficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life CycleAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityDemonstrated experience with threat modeling methodologies and frameworks (e.g., STRIDE, PASTA, or equivalent) applied to cloud and SaaS environmentsStrong knowledge of security controls frameworks and the ability to perform gap identification, risk assessment, and develop remediation or mitigation strategies to address control deficienciesExperience with Microsoft M365 security products and features, including Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Microsoft Entra ID, as well as M365 collaboration and content creation tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDriveExperience with threat modeling, discovery, vulnerability, and penetration testingKnowledge of the financial services industry Knowledge of SaaS infrastructure (GCP, Azure, AWS) and SaaS security controls.
