Long Description

The Regional Patient Experience Director Nurse Engagement serves as the primary representative or Crothall Healthcare-EVS for the South-Central region. Responsible for the implementation, execution, and effectiveness of Crothall Healthcare patient satisfaction programs. Travel 80%.

Top three areas of focus will be:

o Improve patient experience scores across the region
o Build and Improve client relationships
o Build and improve Nursing relationships
o Support all Strategic Business Reviews
