Executive Vice President, Head of Strategy

Overview We are looking for a leader to build out our Experience Strategy capability at the agency. Experience Strategy builds on the Big Brand Idea to lay the strategic foundation across the entire consumer or HCP journey, inspiring creative experiences at every stage grounded in data and technology. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic tools for delivering Experience Strategy across all four books of business and within both SSW and PNY. Identify and secure the necessary talent and/or partnerships to build out this capability. Evaluate and manage current experience, social, and content strategists on staff. Identify opportunities to train existing talent and/or hire new talent to deliver first‑class Experience Strategy. Collaborate with heads of data and analytics and head of digital solutions to integrate technology solutions. Drive agency growth through new business development and identifying new opportunities with current clients. Qualifications Capable of working with teams to define actionable plans that deliver a positive, meaningful experience across all brand interactions with patients, caregivers, or healthcare professionals. Deep understanding of customer journeys and ability to uncover moments of truth that impact wellness pathways. Passionate about generating ideas to enhance brand‑customer interactions and make them more delightful. Strong grasp of brand strategy and big ideas, able to translate them into personalized tactical pull‑throughs. Proficiency in leveraging content and all communication channels (CRM, social, web, etc.) from a customer perspective. Ability to keep abreast of digital innovation and emerging engagement possibilities. Report to the EVP Head of Strategy.
