- Procedures/Duties: - Low & High Risk Pregnancy - OB U/S - Office GYN; LEEPs, Colposcopy - GYN coverage in ER
- Nursery Level: II
- EMR: Epic
- Other Info: - Circs are done in the office and are optional for the locum provider - U/S reads on call days - Office anesthesia available 1 day/month - Full range of birth control services: Depo, IUDs

- Active WA License or IMLC
- BC/BE
- BLS
- DEA
- Self-Query NPDB report pulled within 30 days
