Work Option The NBA currently provides eligible employees the option of working remotely one day per week. Position Summary A role serving as the primary liaison between New Business, the U.S.-based Partner Services team, and regional offices worldwide. The employee supports the management, development, and fulfillment of hospitality benefits across NBA, WNBA, 2KL, and USAB, establishing hospitality standards tailored to each market while maintaining global consistency and brand integrity. Key Responsibilities Regional Hospitality Strategy Assess current hospitality landscape, identify inconsistencies, gaps, and market‑specific opportunities. Build collaborative relationships with key contacts in each regional office. Develop tailored hospitality frameworks considering investment levels, market maturity, regional expectations, and competitive landscape. Ensure guidelines reflect global standards while remaining locally relevant. Hospitality Standards Development Conduct working sessions to understand existing inclusions, execution models, and partner expectations. Evaluate value, perception, and significance of tickets and benefits within each market. Apply Partner Services best practices, adapted thoughtfully to each region. Create and distribute region‑specific playbooks, templates, and reference materials. Ticket Tracking & Fulfillment Design and implement centralized system to track contractual ticket allocations for marquee events. Manage and fulfill international ticket commitments for domestic marquee events. Coordinate with Events team and regional offices on seat allocation, guest protocols, and culturally appropriate hosting. Ensure distribution processes meet contractual obligations and regional expectations. Sweepstakes Program Optimization Review and streamline international sweepstakes programs. Adapt frameworks to align with local regulations, consumer behaviors, and expectations. Partner Engagement & Event Execution Collaborate on activations such as Town Halls, Chalk Talks, Suite Nights, Watch Parties, Global Sales Summit. Lead or support delivery of international Town Halls and season ticketed events. Customize experience elements by region where appropriate. Develop tailored hospitality and event assets (briefing decks, guest journey documents, hosting guides). Global Games Leadership Lead partner hospitality execution at Global Games. Partner with host region to reflect local standards and expectations. Align domestic and regional teams for a seamless partner experience. Cross‑Team Collaboration Act as primary point of contact for International Partner Services. Serve as strategic bridge between U.S.-based teams and regional offices. Share best practices and incorporate feedback from regional teams. Promote globally aligned yet locally adaptable hospitality execution. Overall Support for Partner Services Regular Season Ticket Management Submit ticket requests via TRS system and liaise with ticketing team. Track departmental requests and ensure timely communication. Prioritize requests appropriately. All‑Star Weekend Support Assist with guest invitations, contractual ticket fulfillment, RSVP tracking, seating assignments, ticket distribution, hotel coordination, Partner Reception, Partner Brunch, suite checks, and Scrimmage logistics. Event Seating & Hospitality Tools Utilize Social Tables to support seating arrangements and hotel assignments for all major events. Departmental Sub‑Group Management Support sub‑group management with communications, drafting All Star Weekly Bulletin, and meeting participation. Required Education & Professional Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Hospitality Management, or related field; advanced degree a plus. 5–7 years of experience in partner services, hospitality operations, event management, or related client‑facing disciplines within sports, entertainment, or global organizations. Experience with international markets, cultural norms, business practices, cross‑regional communication; supporting or leading large‑scale events, premium hospitality programs or VIP experiences; managing workflows across geographically dispersed stakeholders; familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., TRS, Social Tables) or ability to learn them quickly; developing operational frameworks, playbooks, or process documentation. Required Skills & Knowledge Attributes Strong understanding of hospitality operations, partner servicing, and event execution within a global context. Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across cultures, time zones, and organizational levels. Skilled in project management, planning, prioritization, and coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences and cultural contexts. High level of organization and attention to detail, especially in tracking tickets and managing logistics. Ability to synthesize regional insights into scalable frameworks, guidelines, and resources. Comfort in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities and tight timelines. Strong problem‑solving skills and proactive approach to identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities. Culture‑awareness and sensitivity, adapting hospitality standards and partner engagement to local norms.
