This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional presentation. As a telehealth specialist, you will have the freedom to manage your schedule within our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm), creating a balance that benefits both your personal life and professional commitment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly therapeutic sessions via live video conferencing with individual adult clients.

• Utilize established evidence-based treatment modalities to deliver effective mental health care.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, to create a holistic treatment plan tailored to each client’s needs.

• Monitor client progress using symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to adjust treatment strategies as required.

• Engage in regular team consultations for support, feedback, and professional development.

• Document client interactions accurately and maintain treatment records in accordance with best practices and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with a diverse group of adult patients seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges. Your expertise will enable clients to navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and personal growth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is required to practice independently.

• 2-3 years of direct experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency with digital tools, including Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs), for efficient patient management.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to engage warmly and empathically with clients.

• Strong commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and practicing ethically within a virtual environment.

• Access to a reliable internet connection and a private space to conduct sessions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
