Welding Training Lead - Build Skilled Welders

Valmont Industries, Inc. is seeking a Weld Trainer/Technician to lead the welder training program, conduct on-the-job coaching, and administer AWS welder qualifications at our Tulsa plant. The role supports process improvement, quality, and safety while collaborating with operations, quality, and engineering teams.
