Position: Junior Sous Chef
The Blue Hen Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented junior sour chef to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute dishes with consistency, precision, and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Assist in ordering and supervising staff
- Assist in managing daily service
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous line cook experience
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to work cleanly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
