As we continue expanding across the U.S., we're looking for an experienced Business Development Account Manager to help grow our West Coast client portfolio.

What You'll Do

Develop new business opportunities across the West Coast

Build long-term relationships with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leaders, and executive stakeholders

Expand existing client partnerships and identify new growth opportunities

Lead consultative sales conversations to understand hiring needs and business objectives

Partner closely with our recruiting teams to deliver exceptional talent solutions

Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through signed partnership

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue targets

What We're Looking For

3+ years of Business Development, Account Management, Staffing, Recruitment, or B2B Sales experience

Experience selling professional services, staffing solutions, recruitment services, SaaS, or technology solutions

A proven track record of generating new business and growing client relationships

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Experience engaging Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders

Experience within Data & Analytics, AI, Technology, or Professional Services is a strong plus—but not required
