About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its market-leading specialty healthcare Group Purchasing Organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the company's value creation plan, partnering with the Board and private equity sponsor to drive long-term growth. This role involves building and professionalizing the organization, developing executive relationships with key industry partners, and leading commercial contracting efforts. The CEO will also be tasked with driving the growth of the provider network and establishing scalable operating processes and infrastructure. Ideal candidates for the CEO position will have executive leadership experience within the specialty healthcare ecosystem, with a focus on pharmaceutical contracting, provider purchasing, and commercial partnership development. A background in specialty healthcare GPOs, specialty pharmaceutical distribution, or related fields is highly relevant. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong financial and operational acumen, and a proven ability to scale organizations and lead growth initiatives. Experience with private equity-backed organizations is preferred, and the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus. The opportunity is particularly suited for a commercially oriented executive who can professionalize the organization and execute an ambitious growth strategy.
