Job Title:- Senior Android Developer

Location: Miami, FL Hybrid (4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Android Developer with strong hands-on Android development experience to join a growing mobile engineering team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Android Studio, and REST APIs, along with experience mentoring developers and coordinating with offshore teams.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of professional mobile development experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Android development
• Strong Kotlin and Java skills
• Android SDK & Android Studio
• RESTful APIs
• Git / Version Control
• Enterprise-grade Android application development
• Experience mentoring or technically guiding developers
• Experience working with distributed/offshore teams
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• MVVM / Clean Architecture
• Android Jetpack libraries
• CI/CD pipelines
• Automated testing
• Large enterprise environment experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Android applications.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate development activities with offshore teams in India.
• Drive Android development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
