Equipment Rental Concierge | Customer Service Pro

BUTTREY RENTAL SERVICES

BUTTREY RENTAL SERVICES is seeking a Counter Associate in Westmont, IL. You will assist rental customers in person or by phone, identify needs, and recommend equipment, while preparing rental forms and contracts with signatures. You will explain rental fees and operation/safety details, handle orders via phone, resolve questions, and schedule deliveries/pickups, with some loading/unloading assistance and daily contract audits.
