Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for new clients to understand their mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy services utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Maintain client records through our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all local and federal regulations.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with peers to promote professional development and enhance therapeutic techniques.

• Participate in ongoing training and workshops that focus on the latest trends and research in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving adult clients, providing them with the tools and support necessary for managing their mental health challenges. This includes working with diverse populations, including individuals from various ethnic backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations. A commitment to inclusive practices and sensitivity toward unique client experiences is essential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license to practice in the State of Colorado.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical social work experience is required.

• Professional malpractice insurance is necessary for practice.

• Experience working with adult clients effectively through individual therapy sessions.
