Job Description

A Charleston area law firm seeks an experience family law paralegal to join their dynamic team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must will be self-motivated and able to work independently,
Must have excellent time management skills, organized, and the ability to multi-task,
Must be proficient knowledge of computers,
5+ years of SC family law litigation experience,
Communicate well with others,

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Draft legal correspondence,
Prepare pleadings for filing and drafting certificates of service/mailing,
Maintain case files,
Assist in billing,
Assist with discovery,
Monitor county dockets,
Accurate calendaring,
Other support duties assigned by attorney.
