Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Paralegal to join our Goose Creek office. This position will focus on Probate, Estate Planning, and Litigation matters. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with probate filings, estate planning documents, and litigation support
• Draft and organize legal documents, including wills, trusts, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Coordinate and manage case files from initiation through resolution
• Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and other parties via phone and email
• Maintain deadlines and ensure accuracy in documentation and case management

 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paralegal in probate, estate planning, or litigation is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable and professional on client phone calls
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred
