Operations Leader - Multi-Shift Label & Packaging

Everestsearchpartners seeks an Operations Manager to lead its label division in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee Production, Finishing, Maintenance, Quality, and Workforce management to drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires 7–10+ years of manufacturing leadership in labels/packaging with flexographic and digital printing experience.
