Customer Service Representative

TEKsystems is looking for a Customer Service Rep that will be 100% onsite for one of our great clients here in the Tempe, AZ area. They offer great training, stability, growth and more. 1-3 years of Customer Service Skills Experience/ Interest within financial services 1-3 years of data entry Our client is looking for a Customer Service Rep that will provide primarily phone support, email and chat. This includes handling customer service issues. They will be taking about 35-40 calls, chats, emails daily to troubleshoot issues for customers. They will be onsite for 4-6 for training and after training will be determined. Job Type & Location : This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
