- Maintain AP & AR transactions
- Review invoices and ensure timely payment processing
- Prepare Journal Entries & Support accounting activities
- Reconcile bank accounts, GL accounts
- Assist with MEC, QEC, YEC
- Maintaining accounting records
- Resolve discrepancies
- Assist with reporting
- Assist with Fixed Asset, lease and other accounting-related record keeping
- Respond to internal & External inquiries regarding financial transactions
- Ensure compliance, internal controls, & Accounting procedures
- Ad Hoc tasks
