Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee construction projects in Colorado Springs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications. This role includes managing teams, budgets, and schedules to achieve successful project outcomes. Description Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality work is delivered. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address challenges. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Profile Experience managing ground up commercial construction projects of varying sizes ($5M-$20M). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lead teams and coordinate with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000. 4 weeks of paid time off. Annual performance-based bonus.
